01 General Terms

Kirikya (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally operated online gaming service provider. By accessing kirikya.pro or using any of its services, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Kirikya and its members. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account at Kirikya, you must meet the following requirements. We do not keep any account active without verification — this is done to ensure the safety of all our members.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
• Each individual may only register one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or rented by another person.
• The KYC (Know Your Customer) process may require submission of a national ID card or passport.

03 Age Verification & Minor Restriction

The minimum age to participate on Kirikya is 18. We are committed to keeping minors away from gaming. If any member is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

09 Account Termination & Suspension

Kirikya may cancel or suspend an account without notice under the following circumstances. Members may also request account closure at any time.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

Before an account is closed, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance; however, bonus balances may be forfeited. To recover your account, please contact the support team.
